Evochef Dosa maker has been a lifesaver for us. Our kids eat super crispy dosa daily and it took hours for me to make them . Some days tawa doesn't help and sometimes batter. When I saw Evochef Dosa maker on Instagram, I fell in love with it but wanted to try this in person before purchasing. We went to a store to do a trial and were happy. It's been an year and it's still going great. The best part is no need to check if it's done, flip and wait. Set the preferences and enjoy eating. weightloss conscious people can avoid oil too.
