1. The term ‘ EVOCHEF LLP ‘ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 1st Floor, Falcon Heights, Plot No.30 Industrial Estate, Perungudi, Chennai- 600096. Our company registration number is LLP IN No: AAN-5027, Place of Registration: Chennai. The term ‘you’ describes the user or viewer of our website.

OFFERS
3. Offers on any EVOCHEF product are valid only until stocks last.

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
4. We take up to 7 working days to ship the products from the day of payment against the order placed with EVOCHEF.
5. The shipment/delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. EVOCHEF shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods by any disaster, not excluding floods, fire, etc.
6. The user must agree to provide authentic information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. The products will be delivered to the address and not the person.
7. If any product has been received in a damaged condition, the EVOCHEF authorities must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product delivery and be returned to our warehouse within one week, else EVOCHEF will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to write to orders@evochef.in. EVOCHEF will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in its entirety. 
8. The cost of sending the package to the EVOCHEF office will be borne by the customer.
9. EVOCHEF will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.

WARRANTY
10. A 1 year warranty covers all manufacturing defects
11. Damages related to product handling won’t be covered under warranty or returns

AFTER WARRANTY
12. Service Charges of INR 250 (local currencies will apply based on the customer’s location) per visit will be applicable and incase of any spare replacement it will cost extra as per the rates. 

EXTENDED WARRANTY
13. We’re happy to offer an EXTENDED WARRANTY of 6 months for customers who have purchased our product. Please share a review here so more people can benefit from your positive experience with the product. The Extended Warranty will cover motor and boards only.
