The EC Flip takes a minimum of 1 minute per dosa, based on the batter used and desired dosa (tomato dosa, podi dosa, thick, paper roast, etc.)
The Batter Tank in the EC Flip can hold 700 ml
While it depends on the consistency of the batter used, the EC Flip can make 10 to 12 thin dosas & 6 to 8 thick dosas.
The Batter Tank, Tank Separators and the Collecting Tray can be cleaned using water and soap. They are also dishwasher safe. The rest of the machine, including its underside, can be cleaned using a soft cloth to remove the residual oil. The Roller can be cleaned using a soft cloth to remove the dosa crumbs, if any.
The EC Flip take 3 minutes to pre-heat
One can use oil, ghee, or butter. Dosas can be made oil-free with the help of a food-grade coated non-stick roller.
We advice not to apply oil directly to the Roller. It is better to apply oil/ghee/butter on top of the batter, once the dosa is cooking
The EC Flip is made to cook only dosa varieties. Crepes are possible too with the right batter.
The dosa maker can be used for 3 hours continuously for cooking. For every 3 hours, allow a break of 30 minutes for the machine to cool down. A total number of 8 hours in a day.
Yes, it turns off automatically after 3 minutes of being idle.
To make a dosa with the EC Flip, one needs dosa batter (to which one can add finely chopped onion, tomato, carrot & chili to the batter), oil/ghee/butter, as per preference
The EC Flip can make crispy thin and soft thick dosas. Choose your preference in the control panel.
As a smart cooking appliance, the EC Flip maintains the temperature automatically. It increases and decreases based on the cooking time, thickness and quantity that one chooses.

The EC Flip does not require any special service. It is easy to use & maintain by everyone.
The Tank Separators are accessories that come with the EC Flip. The Tank Separators are placed in the Batter Tank to make 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 dosas.
The EC Flip dosas are roughly 10 inches x 8 inches, approximately. This depends on the batter being used.
Orders will take upto 48 hours to be distpatched.

Shipping timelines vary based on carriers and local rules. Local taxes may apply and will be borne by the customer.
There are NO returns or refunds for the EC Flip. There is a free replacement subject to any manufacturing defect of the parts. Thorough verification will be done before replacement.
Different countries require all electronics to use plugs that are compatible with their country’s sockets.
For example: regulations in USA, Canada & Japan require them to use 110V
