It’s over 2 years since we purchased the dosa machine.. we are impressed with the ease of making dosa n have been proudly demoing to all our friends and family 😊 initially we did have few hiccups but the support team was very supportive and resolved all our issues free of cost for the first year.. now after 2 years, the roller coating started giving away.. what I did not expect was, the customer service fixed it for a nominal fee!! It was delivered perfectly and worked fine.I was impressed with the dosas. 4 weeks into the purchase, the machine the machine cracked from the bottom. I was not very happy, but since this did not affect the operation, I used it one more time. Next day while removing the blade couple of plastic pieces broke. I want very happy at this stage. Given it is a pricey machine, I did not expect it to break 5 weeks into the purchase. I had hardly used it for 4-5 times and made less than 30 dosas.I raised a complaint with Amazon and I was directed to take the matter with the Evochef directly. Once contacted, they responded very quickly in the matter. After understanding my concerns and looking at the images of the broken pieces, I was sent a replacement machine with a week. Very impressed with the service and the customer resolution team.Kudos !!
Fantastic machine! Now I have dosa at my fingertips whenever I’m in the mood to eat. I still can’t believe this is real!! We set it on the dining table, and just press buttons! I always keep batter in the fridge now. The only improvement I can think of is option of longer cooking time for thicker dosas.Customer service is excellent! Purchasing the Evochef Dosamaker has been one of my best decisions in 2024, especially for my kitchen. After using it almost daily for three months and making over 1,000 dosas, I can confidently say each and every dosa it delivers is absolutely fantastic, hotel-quality crispy ghee dosas with much less ghee. Hello from Dublin, Ireland.After lot of frustration with a tawa, the Evochef is amazing. It makes dosa one after another. No more slaving over the cooker. Once you get the batter right it makes great dosas. You can vary the thickness and cooking time.The online demo is a great help. Chitra was excellent at helping set up and explaining the steps.Highly recommended.

It was totally a fun experience. Kid with new toy, that will explain it all. Product is grt. Used it yesterday for the first time. Hoping my experience to stay that way. Only suggest is to make the batter dividers little more accurate. It doesn't touch fully the base hence it might get difficult to keep 2 different batter separate.
