    Great Product

    I have had good luck with the Dosa maker for over 3 months now it prints dosa with consistency being defined by constant thickness and timing of 110 seconds. It starts up well and is well laid out easy to load batter it is a solid performer it is well designed and executed from a design and compactness perspective and good color schemes for a contemporary kitchen what is neat is that it works with the US standard voltage of 110 V and 60 Hz cleanup is a cinch and I have made more than 100 dosas with it works absolutely well with the batter from Patel Brothers the support team in India has been very responsive and I am pleased with it so far

    We love our evochef dosa maker! Ordered from Minneapolis, USA, and shipping was prompt. The unit came well packaged and in good condition. Our whole family loves dosas and in the last 5months we have probably made 250 dosas with it without problems. It is well built and durable. We use the ready made dose mix available at our local Indian store. No need to water down the batter it works well as is.
    Highly recommend this device for families who enjoy dosa. The US version works fine with 110V here
