Offers
Offers on any EVOCHEF product are valid only until stocks last.
Shipment and Delivery :
We take up to 7 working days to ship the products from the day of payment against the order placed with EVOCHEF. The shipment/delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. EVOCHEF shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods by any disaster, not excluding floods, fire, etc.
The user must agree to provide authentic information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. The products will be delivered to the address and not the person.
If any product has been received in a damaged condition, the EVOCHEF authorities must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product delivery and be returned to our warehouse within one week, else EVOCHEF will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to write to [email protected] EVOCHEF will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in its entirety. The cost of sending the package to the EVOCHEF office will be borne by the customer. EVOCHEF will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
